Registration for Faith Formation Classes will begin in-office on August 21st, 2024!

NEW FAMILY Registration Forms

RETURNING FAMILIES (Grades 1-8 & High School Confirmation)
Please visit the Faith Formation Office during Registration Hours
Please make sure to bring a copy of your student's Baptism and First Holy Communion Certificates!
ALL Registration Forms must be turned IN-PERSON in the Faith Formation Office.
Please visit during Registration Hours to complete & drop-off all forms.
The Faith Formation Office is now accepting credit card payments with a 2.9% transaction fee.
Please bring a card, check, or exact change for tuition costs.
